The work included a full metal roof installation using Everlast 28-gauge metal, after tearing off the old shingles for a clean, proper installation. The team added underlayment for extra protection and opened the ridge to improve airflow and ventilation. The project also included correcting the pitch on a previously flat roof and adding blown-in insulation for better energy efficiency. The house and two garages were fully updated, with the metal finished in bronze for a clean, modern look.
