Website information and project inquiries
The Bontrager Builders website helps you explore services, prepare a design concept and send a project request. Submitting a form, saving a design, sending a portal message, reviewing an issued estimate document or acknowledging a reminder records information for review. It does not book construction, authorize a change order or create a construction contract. Scope, price, schedule, payment and warranties must be confirmed in a separate reviewed project agreement.
Design Studio concepts and reviewed estimates
Studio models, dimensions, site-photo placement, diagrams and exported packets are planning concepts. Some details and assemblies require review or are unavailable. Rendered colors, finishes, openings and roof connections can differ from supplied materials and approved construction details. A Studio export is not a permit drawing, structural design, survey or approved material order. Bontrager Builders and the appropriate professionals must confirm dimensions, site conditions, engineering, code requirements and permits before work proceeds. Automatic customer pricing is withheld; any estimate must be issued and reviewed by the business.
Your submissions and files
Provide contact information that allows the team to follow up, and upload only files you are authorized to share for the project. Do not upload malicious files or unrelated sensitive information. Selected documents and photographs are used to review and administer the request. Public portfolio use is a separate decision; sending a site photograph does not automatically publish it. Keep your own copies of important documents. The intake confirmation reference identifies a received request for team review.
Accounts, guest links and shared devices
Keep account passwords and guest design access keys private. A browser holding a valid guest key can reopen the associated saved design until its key expires, is renewed or is revoked. Customers require verified portal access and an assigned project. A shared team login records actions under that shared account. Sign out on shared devices and remove unused notification devices. Report unexpected access or an incorrect project assignment to Bontrager Builders.
Schedules, communication and assistance
Portal milestones show information explicitly shared by staff. Notifications and personal reminders depend on phone permissions, connectivity and delivery services; review the app and contact the team for time-sensitive matters. A sent reminder or message does not establish acceptance of a project decision. Guided FAQ responses and automatic public translations provide general assistance and can be incomplete. Confirm prices, availability, structural questions and project commitments directly with the business.
Images and external references
Concept illustrations show possibilities rather than completed customer projects. AI-edited photographs are identified and their originals retained. Manufacturer references, directions and other external links are provided for further information; verify current specifications and use the reviewed project documents for selections.
